Sales Specialist Saudi Arabia

About the role

Eppendorf is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive the success of its Life Science portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary sales contact for distributors, strengthening existing partnerships and creating new ones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales budget for distributor accounts and achieve revenue targets.
• Serve as the first point of contact for partners, maintaining and expanding distribution networks.
• Present Eppendorf’s portfolio and marketing campaigns to distributors.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows and seminars.
• Conduct quarterly and yearly performance reviews of distribution partners using CRM data.
• Analyze market and competitive developments and adapt sales strategies.
• Ensure a high‑quality customer experience through the indirect sales channel.

Required profile

• Strong background in Life Sciences, preferably with Pharma, Biotech, CRO or academic customers.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
• Proven sales experience with 3‑5 years of work in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in English and native Arabic speaker.
• Customer‑centric, solution‑oriented mindset.
