Sales Supervisor (Bottled Water)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead field sales operations for Bisleri bottled water in the UAE, overseeing both 5‑gallon and PET pack distribution across residential, HORECA and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers in D2C, B2B and retail segments.
• Monitor daily deliveries, product placement and route efficiency across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Build and maintain relationships with households, offices, construction sites and retail stores.
• Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities and provide competitor insights to Sales Managers.
• Ensure on‑shelf visibility, planogram compliance and promotional execution in retail outlets.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement and best practices for route planning.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners to guarantee stock availability.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with trade, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG or bottled‑water sales experience in the UAE market.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of the consumer and retail landscape in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Fluent English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with merchandising software.
