Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Elite Management Training Institute is looking for a proactive Sales Supervisor to support the Sales Manager in driving the team toward achieving corporate sales targets. This full‑time, onsite position in Abu Dhabi offers the chance to develop leadership skills while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team.
• Help revise and implement sales strategy plans.
• Identify and target appropriate business opportunities to generate sales.
• Provide professional service to existing and new customers.
• Supervise scheduled shifts and ensure smooth operations.
• Complete all duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability to investigate and resolve sales‑related issues.
• Experience reviewing inventory and sales records.
• Capability to prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Skills in interviewing, training, scheduling and assigning staff.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to coordinate sales promotions.
