Sales Supervisor – Retail (Toys “R” Us)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the store team at Toys "R" Us in Dubai Festival City, driving sales performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure the store meets visual and operational standards and supports the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a sparkling, organized store environment and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Greet every customer with a friendly, energetic attitude and provide accurate product information.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, follow up promptly, and proactively suggest additional items to increase basket size.
• Manage cash‑wrap operations efficiently, promote gift cards, keep the area tidy, and record customer data.
• Thank customers as they leave and encourage repeat visits.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fast‑pace environment.
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑aided design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
