Sales Supervisor – RX Plus (Pharmacy Services)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor – RX Plus will lead a sales team in Dubai, driving revenue and growth for compounding pharmacy services. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales activities and set performance goals for the team.
• Monitor key metrics, analyse market trends and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coach, train and provide feedback to sales representatives.
• Manage customer accounts, ensure high‑quality service and build long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Support training programmes and help develop sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales supervision or team leadership within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications, especially spreadsheets and presentations.
