Sales Supervisor / Team Leader (iCAUR)

About the role

Autorun is looking for a high‑performing Sales Supervisor / Team Leader to head the iCAUR sales team in Dubai. You will be responsible for converting showroom and digital leads, coaching sales executives, and delivering a premium customer experience from enquiry through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Sales Executives to meet monthly and quarterly unit, revenue and gross‑profit targets.
• Own daily sales execution including lead allocation, follow‑up cadence, showroom coverage, appointments, test drives, negotiation support and closing.
• Improve lead‑to‑sale conversion across walk‑ins, digital enquiries, call‑ins and referrals.
• Maintain CRM discipline: accurate pipeline stages, forecasting, response‑time SLAs and data quality.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and improvement plans for under‑performers.
• Coordinate with F&I, admin/registration and after‑sales to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Handle escalations, complex negotiations and key customer cases as needed.
• Monitor and report daily/weekly/monthly metrics such as appointments, test drives, closing ratio, cancellations and deliveries.
• Uphold showroom standards, product knowledge, competitor awareness and pricing/discount approvals.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new Sales Executives.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of automotive sales experience with 2–3 years in a supervisory or team‑leader role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Presentable, customer‑centric and able to lead by example on the showroom floor.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
