Sales Support Experienced Professional – UAE National

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' sales team in Abu Dhabi as a Sales Support Experienced Professional. You will act as a key liaison between customers, manufacturing plants, and internal billing teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer assets and inventory for deliveries.
• Track purchase order status and coordinate with manufacturing plants for on‑time equipment readiness.
• Create and submit sales invoices and prepare quotations based on customer requests.
• Engage with customers to plan delivery requirements and share updates.
• Prepare monthly P&L sheets and work with the billing team for month‑end closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Legally entitled to work in the UAE without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi 2‑3 days per week.
