About the role
Join JD Logistics, the technology‑driven logistics arm of JD.com, as a Sales Support professional in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth sales operations, from contract signing to billing setup, while providing data‑driven insights to enhance sales efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end sales process, including contract signing, billing setup, and customer account management.
- Maintain standardized sales processes and ensure accurate system data.
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales operation data.
- Build and maintain business analysis dashboards covering metrics such as customer lifecycle, opportunity conversion, and sales performance.
- Provide data insights to support business decision‑making and continuously improve sales efficiency.
- Manage customer operations and relationships to ensure a seamless experience.
