Sales Support – Value Added Services

About the role

As a Sales Support professional for Value Added Services (VAS), you will play a pivotal role in monitoring key performance indicators, coordinating with B2B vendors, and delivering telesales support for a range of products and services across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SOP and TAT for Finance and Insurance leads on a daily basis.
• Track and follow up payments from partner banks.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate answers in English and Arabic.
• Record details of non‑Dubizzle customer contacts and actions taken.
• Coordinate invoices with B2B vendors and manage VAS KPI reports.
• Conduct telesales for VAS products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Experience in automotive, banking or sales support within the UAE.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and strong market knowledge.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent data‑entry skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong customer‑service attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
