SAP Project Manager

About the role

The SAP Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end SAP implementation or transformation projects, preferably S/4HANA, for a multinational client in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating stakeholders and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP projects – blueprint, realization, testing, deployment, and hyper‑care.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs and status reports.
• Manage project governance, steering committees, sign‑offs and documentation.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT leadership, functional consultants, developers and integration teams.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies and manage scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes and SAP Activate (or ASAP) methodology.

Required profile

• 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 4‑6 years in project or program management.
• Delivered a minimum of two full‑cycle SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies; PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, conflict resolution and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑module, multi‑vendor SAP landscapes.
