Scaffolder – Offshore Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolder to join our offshore oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves erecting, dismantling and maintaining scaffold systems safely according to approved specifications and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, dismantle, inspect and modify scaffolding structures on offshore sites.
• Carry out scaffolding support activities for integrity inspection, NDT, maintenance and painting at elevated locations.
• Monitor scaffold condition, tagging status and report non‑conformances.
• Maintain scaffold materials, tools and accessories with proper storage and housekeeping.
• Assist in preventive and corrective scaffold maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding erection within the oil & gas industry.
• Senior Secondary School education; basic rigging & slinging and scaffolding erection & dismantling certifications preferred.
