Scaffolding Manager / Superintendent – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Manager / Superintendent to lead on‑site scaffolding activities for high‑profile energy projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that all scaffolding work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all scaffolding operations on multiple project sites.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards and client requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, material procurement and site logistics related to scaffolding.
• Report daily and weekly performance metrics to senior project leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Superintendent or Manager in large‑scale construction or oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions.
