About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Science Technician who is an UAE national to join Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi. The role starts in August 2026 and supports the delivery of high‑quality science lessons in a British curriculum environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, prepare, and clean laboratory equipment.
- Organise and maintain efficient storage systems for equipment and materials.
- Prepare and provide equipment for lessons, including preparation of laboratory solutions.
- Manage stock control and prepare replacement lists as required.
- Assist with the annual order for the Science Department.
- Perform reprographic work as needed.
- Support the Head of Science or Senior Science Technician with additional duties.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, school policies, and performance management procedures.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- Full‑time position commencing August 2026.
- At least 1 month of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Reprographic work.
- Stock control.
- Preparation of laboratory solutions.
