Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

About the role

Prima Luxury Real Estate is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to drive organic growth and support paid media initiatives across its digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for company websites and digital assets.
• Manage on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO initiatives, including keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.
• Lead link‑building and off‑page optimization campaigns.
• Monitor search engine rankings, website performance and organic traffic, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube and other PPC platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets, maximise ROI and generate performance insights.
• Oversee App Store Optimization (ASO) for mobile applications and optimise YouTube channels for visibility.
• Coordinate with content, design and development teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns across international markets.
• Collaborate on content strategies for blogs, landing pages, PR material and website copy, ensuring SEO‑friendly optimisation.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai.
• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a track record of delivering organic growth.
