Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our Dubai office. The specialist will design and execute SEO strategies that boost organic visibility, traffic and conversions across Act Local’s digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO plans aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, including intent analysis and search volume evaluation.
• Perform on‑page optimisation of meta tags, headings, internal links and content structure.
• Carry out technical and content‑focused SEO audits to identify and fix issues.
• Lead ethical link‑building campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and custom dashboards, and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes and industry trends to continuously refine tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi‑client environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
