About the role
Hilton is seeking a Security Administrator to join its Abu Dhabi hotel team. In this position you will help create a safe and welcoming environment for guests, team members, and the property.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and protect guest areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and hotel facilities.
- Respond to incidents, conduct investigations and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Maintain security equipment, access‑control systems and surveillance cameras.
- Support the overall safety program and ensure compliance with Hilton policies.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to hospitality and guest safety.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
