Security & Compliance Manager

About the role

Quantum Gate is seeking a Security & Compliance Manager to lead cryptographic risk assessments and guide enterprise clients through migration to post‑quantum cryptography. You will translate technical findings into actionable remediation plans and ensure that cryptographic implementations meet industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on cryptographic techniques, protocols, and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct security assessments, identify high‑impact exposures, and recommend remediation steps.
• Evaluate classical and post‑quantum encryption algorithms and secure communication protocols used in client networks.
• Audit key management solutions, including PKI and HSM deployments.
• Ensure alignment with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and FIPS 140‑2/3.
• Stay current on emerging post‑quantum threats and security trends.
• Deliver training and produce documentation on cryptographic best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cryptography, security assessments, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
