Security Engineer - Netskope & SASE

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Information Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise security infrastructure. The primary focus is driving our Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) strategy using Netskope while leading a team responsible for endpoint, email, and vulnerability management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the deployment, configuration, and continuous optimization of Netskope (CASB, SWG, ZTNA) and design DLP and threat‑protection policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers handling endpoint protection (Trend Micro DSM, Symantec, CrowdStrike), vulnerability management (Qualys VMDR), and email security (Proofpoint).
• Provide L3 escalation support for complex SASE issues and assist with firewall assurance using AlgoSec.
• Support cloud security posture management in multi‑cloud environments via Palo Alto Prisma Cloud.

Required profile

• 7–9 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, including 2–3 years in an L3 or team‑lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to guide, train and distribute workload among junior to mid‑level engineers.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical risks into business language.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Netskope implementation and SASE architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with EDR/EPP tools: CrowdStrike, Trend Micro Deep Security Manager, Symantec Endpoint Security.
• Vulnerability management using Qualys VMDR and email security with Proofpoint.
• Network and cloud security knowledge of AlgoSec and Palo Alto Prisma Cloud.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, SSL/TLS decryption and API integrations.
