Security Guard

About the role

Air Arabia is seeking a full‑time Security Guard to coordinate daily security operations, schedule shifts, and ensure a safe environment for its assets, personnel, and visitors in Sharjah.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol company premises and perimeter regularly to detect and deter intrusion.
• Monitor and control access for employees, visitors, and vehicles, blocking areas when necessary.
• Report unlawful activities, theft, vandalism, or suspicious objects to law enforcement.
• Detain trespassers, call police or fire department in emergencies, and perform first aid or CPR when qualified.
• Brief the security team at each shift, update on incidents, and maintain logs of daily activities.
• Ensure alarm systems, CCTV, and emergency equipment are functional and report breakdowns.
• Assist facilities management with building‑system controls such as air‑conditioning.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant training in Emergency Response and First Aid (mandatory).
• Minimum three years of security experience.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and confident in high‑pressure situations.
