Security Manager

About the role

The Security Manager will lead the development and delivery of high‑quality security services for all Towers Business and individual clients. This senior position ensures compliance with company governance, manages budgets, and drives operational excellence across multiple security contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly security operations reports for Tower business.
• Implement reporting systems for all security contracts.
• Mobilize security contracts according to contract and mobilization plans.
• Prepare annual security budgets for Towers and the Master Community.
• Submit mobilization plans for new contracts.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures and training programs for security services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company governance standards.
• Monitor commercial implications, expenditures, revenue sources, and cost control.

Required profile

• Degree or post‑graduation qualification with significant experience in a similar role.
• Relevant security certificates or qualifications.
• Minimum 10 years of security services experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management position within FM, hospitality, or specialized security environments.
• Proven experience managing security contractors, sub‑contractors, and teams of supervisors.
• Experience with specialist security access and control systems, control‑room environments, and fire‑alarm/emergency evacuation procedures.
• Strong background in security audits, loss prevention, risk management assessments, and manpower planning.
