About the role
The Royal pre‑opening team at Atlantis Dubai seeks a confident, self‑driven Security Manager to lead incident and emergency management, guide security and surveillance personnel, and advise executive management during crises and evacuations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all security operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor security and surveillance staff, coordinating shift schedules and performance.
- Manage incident response, emergency procedures, and evacuation plans.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management during crises.
- Maintain and monitor CCTV systems and other security technologies.
- Prepare detailed reports and investigations, ensuring accurate documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in hospitality security.
- High level of computer literacy and familiarity with UAE security laws.
- Valid SIRA license.
- Strong administrative skills for reporting and investigations.
