Security Project Manager

About the role

The Security Project Manager will oversee the daily operations, administration and client relations of security sites in Abu Dhabi, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security guards and site supervisors, conduct random checks, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Administer leave, schedule relievers, and recommend promotions or terminations.
• Train and deploy security personnel according to client contracts and coordinate reporting for invoicing.
• Collaborate with the accounts department to follow up on payments and contract renewals.
• Generate quotations, conduct site surveys, and maintain regular client contact to address complaints, incidents or emergency requests.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum eight years of progressive experience in private security, preferably in service, leisure, hospitality or tourism sectors.
• Valid SIRA security license.
• Strong written and verbal communication, conflict‑resolution and leadership abilities.
