Security Supervisor (Hotel)

About the role

The Security Supervisor supports the Security Manager in safeguarding guests, employees, assets and information at Kempinski Dubai. This role ensures 24‑hour security coverage, compliance with local regulations and effective response to emergencies within the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise security staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to policies.
• Maintain 24‑hour security coverage across the hotel premises.
• Implement and monitor access, key and material control systems.
• Conduct investigations of theft, vandalism, arson, accidents or other security incidents.
• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment according to standards.
• Perform regular security rounds and update the security log daily.
• Oversee contracted security company activities and ensure compliance.
• Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations and training of security personnel.
• Participate as a member of the hotel’s Emergency Response Team.
• Enforce hotel employee rules, uniform standards and punctuality.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of security experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• UAE Security Supervisor Licence (SIRA) required.
• Knowledge of local UAE security laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multinational setting.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
