Security Supervisor – Sheikh Zayed Road

About the role

The Security Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees and assets at the Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will lead patrols, manage emergency response procedures and act as the first point of contact for security‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and control access to restricted zones.
• Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections and investigations.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorise and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS when required.
• Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching and motivating security staff.
• Uphold company policies, uniform standards and protect proprietary information.
