Security Team Leader

About the role

The Security Team Leader will oversee all security and surveillance personnel across the resort, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. This role combines operational management, guest service handling, and compliance reporting within a high‑profile hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and schedule Security Officers and Surveillance Officers.
• Manage access control, respond to guest requests and complaints.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor security systems.
• Report health, safety and security incidents to the Duty Manager.
• Prepare detailed incident and performance reports.
• Coordinate security services at designated resort locations.
• Support overall performance and continuous improvement of the security department.

Required profile

• College degree or secondary education.
• Valid SIRA security license.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in security operations, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent administrative abilities for reporting and investigations.
