Senior Account Executive – UAE (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to lead LEGALFLY’s expansion in the United Arab Emirates. Based in Dubai’s AI Campus, you will be the primary sales driver for our legal‑AI platform, targeting enterprise customers and law firms across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve ambitious revenue targets by closing mid‑to‑large enterprise deals throughout the UAE.
• Expand the existing customer base and position LEGALFLY as the category leader in legal AI for UAE enterprises and law firms.
• Build a robust pipeline using data‑driven prospecting across key market segments.
• Educate prospects on the transformative value of AI‑powered legal solutions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and take ownership of process improvements as the business scales.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
• Based in Dubai and willing to travel regularly within the GCC for client meetings.
• Strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non‑technical audiences.
