Senior Account Manager – Employee Health And Benefits

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our Employee Health and Benefits portfolio in Dubai. The role is client‑facing, requiring strategic thinking and deep knowledge of employee benefits across the GCC and MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value multinational employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate terms with insurers and market providers to secure competitive solutions.
• Design and launch wellness programs that improve health outcomes and optimise claims experience.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver compliant, seamless benefits solutions.
• Prepare, analyse and present detailed claims and utilisation reports to clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for key clients, handling escalations and meeting service‑level agreements.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and contribute to business growth across multiple geographies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee health and benefits, preferably within insurance broking or consulting.
• Proven track record managing complex multinational client portfolios with significant premium volumes.
• Strong knowledge of GCC/MENA employee benefits markets and regulatory environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
