Senior Account Manager

About the role

CNS is looking for a client‑focused Senior Account Manager to drive business growth and manage key accounts across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and delivering tailored IT solutions that align with customers' strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, acting as a business partner and advisor.
• Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and expand CNS’s footprint in assigned sectors.
• Create and manage a structured sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasts and tracking opportunities.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, solution architects and principals to craft compelling proposals, presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead contract negotiations to closure, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular engagement, issue resolution and acting as an escalation point.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior account or key‑account management within the IT services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a robust sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital infrastructure, hybrid cloud, cyber security and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client‑centric mindset.
