Senior Account Manager – Shopper & Trade Marketing

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing marketing agency in the Middle East, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead shopper and trade marketing initiatives for leading regional brands. You will own a portfolio of key accounts, develop strategic solutions and ensure flawless execution of retail activations and experiential events.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Translate client briefs into creative and strategic concepts, collaborating with design, POS and production teams.
• Research market trends and consumer purchasing behavior to inform campaign strategy.
• Plan, coordinate and execute product launches, brand activations and BTL events from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Lead client presentations, respond to briefs and provide strategic input throughout campaign development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in shopper or trade marketing, preferably in an Account Manager capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, positive attitude.

Required skills

• Extensive experience in shopper marketing strategy and campaign execution.
• Event planning and management from initiation to completion.
• Understanding of consumer purchasing behavior and retail trade activation.
