Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting

About the role

Support the timely and accurate financial close, consolidation and reporting of multiple entities in line with IFRS and group requirements, while leveraging AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Prepare journals, accruals, provisions, reclassifications and period‑end adjustments for the financial close.
• Produce and review general‑ledger, balance‑sheet and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Assist internal and external auditors by providing schedules, reconciliations and documentation.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow reporting to support management decisions.
• Utilise AI‑enabled and digital finance tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial and management accounting, preferably within real‑estate or a public‑company environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or CIMA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and group‑wide consolidation processes.
• Proven ability to work with subsidiaries and coordinate cross‑functional finance teams.
