Senior AI‑Augmented Web Developer (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote senior position is for an experienced full‑stack engineer who blends strong web development expertise with an AI‑native approach to software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full‑stack web applications across frontend and backend.
• Lead architecture discussions and drive implementation of technical decisions.
• Build modern frontend experiences using React and TanStack (React Query, TanStack Router) with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Develop modular, testable backend services with NestJS and implement server‑side rendering, static generation and API routes using Next.js.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows on AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, ECS/Fargate).
• Design and ship AI‑powered product capabilities, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling and agentic workflows.
• Utilise AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development, debugging, testing and automation while reviewing AI‑generated code for quality and security.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional web development experience.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with ability to judge when to rely on AI and when to override its output.
• Hands‑on experience building production features using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, able to work independently in a remote environment.
