Senior ALSPA Controls Steam Turbine Engineer

About the role

Quest Global is seeking a Senior ALSPA Controls Steam Turbine Engineer to develop and apply advanced control technologies for steam turbine applications. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting both design and field activities while ensuring project milestones are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced control solutions for steam turbines.
• Collaborate with design engineers to define control system requirements and drive equipment specifications.
• Write, test, and validate turbine application code.
• Lead software acceptance tests with customers and support field personnel in technical issue resolution.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Review and interpret customer specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in control engineering for turbine or similar high‑power applications.
