Senior Analyst – B2B Digital Marketing

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its B2B Digital Marketing team. You will help design, execute, and optimise large‑scale marketing campaigns for our partner ecosystem, turning data into actionable insights that drive bookings and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse experiment results, build predictive models and quantify impact on bookings, TV campaigns and pricing elasticity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that monitor partner performance, surface growth levers and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Data and regional Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a quantitative‑focused university.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven marketing or performance analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
