Senior Analyst – Market Supervision (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Binance’s Market Supervision team ensures market integrity and oversees the admission and ongoing supervision of members under the ADGM FSRA framework. The Senior Analyst provides day‑to‑day operational coverage across integrity monitoring and member supervision, supporting the Head of Market Supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational interface with Market Surveillance, triage alerts, document decisions and prepare escalation packs for senior review.
• Manage the end‑to‑end admission due‑diligence pipeline for prospective members, reviewing documentation, performing risk assessments and drafting assessment memoranda.
• Maintain the member register, execute periodic reviews, monitor financial resources and ensure compliance with admission conditions.
• Prepare draft responses to FSRA requests, assemble evidence packs and support regulatory engagements.

Required profile

• Experience in market supervision, surveillance, exchange or clearing‑house membership, or regulatory affairs within a market‑infrastructure framework.
• Working knowledge of the ADGM FSRA framework, Market Infrastructure Rules (MIR) and ability to interpret rulebook provisions.
• Proven ability to conduct institutional due‑diligence, assess KYC/KYB material and apply structured risk‑assessment methodologies.
• Strong written communication skills for preparing regulatory submissions and senior‑level briefing documents.
