Senior Analyst Project Management

About the role

EDGE Powertech is looking for a highly organized and analytical Senior Analyst – Project Management to support the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and delivery of strategic, technical, operational, and production‑related projects. The role works closely with project managers, functional leaders, engineering, operations, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, action trackers and dependency maps.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality and resources.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance and other functions.
• Track progress, identify delays, risks, issues and resource constraints.
• Maintain risk and issue registers and assist with mitigation plans.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and presentations for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting or managing projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defence or related technical fields is advantageous.
