Senior Analyst Regulatory Reporting

About the role

The Senior Analyst Regulatory Reporting will support the Head of Finance and the Manager of Regulatory Reporting in designing, implementing and maintaining the bank's regulatory reporting framework. Based in Dubai, the role ensures compliance with the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) and international reporting standards while strengthening the function to avoid key‑person dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial and non‑financial regulatory returns for CBUAE on fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly and annual cycles.
• Guarantee that all submissions are complete, accurate and delivered within prescribed timelines.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to implement regulatory updates, system changes and automation in line with CBUAE circulars.
• Prepare and review Basel III capital adequacy calculations, risk‑weighted assets and supporting schedules.
• Maintain key controls, ensure they operate effectively and provide coverage for core regulatory reporting responsibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in regulatory reporting within a banking environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of CBUAE reporting requirements and Basel III capital adequacy frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work across finance and risk teams.
