Senior Associate – ERS (GRC, Telecom Experience Preferred)

About the role

As an Advisory Senior you will contribute technically to client engagements and internal projects, focusing on governance, risk and compliance (GRC) within the telecom sector. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients while identifying new business opportunities for the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports and schedules for delivery to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct COSO‑aligned risk assessments and identify gaps in internal controls over financial reporting.
• Develop and execute testing programs to evaluate design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
• Lead client discussions to present findings, root causes and practical remediation plans.
• Support performance feedback processes for junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CIA, CRMA, CRICS or ACAMS.
• 2–4 years of relevant audit, risk or advisory experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
