Senior Associate - Interior Design

About the role

The Senior Associate will lead interior design reviews and coordinate with consultants, suppliers and site teams across projects in Saadiyat, Yas and Dubai. This position ensures design concepts meet client expectations while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough interior design reviews and provide feedback to the design team.
• Meet regularly with consultants to discuss updates, resolve issues and convey client preferences.
• Attend site visits to review samples, address on‑site challenges and verify implementation of design concepts.
• Lead supplier meetings to explore materials, discuss requirements and negotiate terms.
• Manage time effectively to meet project milestones and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of proven experience in interior design project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
• Experience managing projects in Saadiyat, Yas or Dubai.
• Familiarity with interior design processes, materials and sample review procedures.
