Senior Associate - Internal Communications

About the role

The Senior Associate – Internal Communications partners with designated corporate units to design, plan and deliver internal communication programmes that align with organisational priorities. You will act as a trusted communications advisor, ensuring consistency, governance and high‑impact messaging across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and ownership of internal communication campaigns for assigned corporate units.
• Provide end‑to‑end communications support for major events, conferences and strategic initiatives.
• Advise stakeholder project teams on effective internal communication approaches and best practices.
• Ensure all communications adhere to Group Communications standards and governance.
• Develop high‑quality, audience‑focused content and leverage modern digital tools to enhance delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in internal and corporate communications, preferably within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑stakeholder campaigns and managing delivery timelines.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail and professional advisory capabilities.
