Senior Associate – Post‑Joining Consultant (Talent Attraction & Acquisition)

About the role

As a Senior Associate Post‑Joining Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for new hires across the MENA region, guiding them from their start date through Day 90. You will ensure a smooth transition into EY by coordinating onboarding activities, relocation, immigration and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main advisor for new joiners from Day 1 to Day 90.
• Provide pre‑joining guidance on travel, documentation, medical requirements and onboarding steps.
• Develop personalized Day 1 plans and coordinate IT setup, workspace, induction schedules, insurance and access cards.
• Assist with immigration, residency, relocation and dependent support.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR Enablement, IT, AWS and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Ensure onboarding documentation complies with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and system administration for onboarding activities.
• Identify and propose improvements to enhance the new‑joiner experience.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and process quality.

Required skills

• AWS (experience with AWS platforms for onboarding tools).
