Senior Associate – Post‑Joining Consultant (Talent Attraction & Acquisition)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Associate to act as a Post‑Joining Consultant, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires across the MENA region. You will be the trusted advisor for new joiners from their start date through Day 90, helping them transition smoothly into their roles, teams, and locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new joiners from start date through Day 90.
• Provide proactive guidance on travel, documentation, medical requirements and onboarding activities before the start date.
• Partner with new hires to create a personalized Day 1 plan and ensure readiness of IT, workspace, induction schedule, insurance and access cards.
• Support immigration, residency and relocation processes, including assistance for dependents where applicable.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Immigration, HR Enablement, IT, AWS and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding journey.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records, reporting and system administration while identifying process improvement opportunities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with AWS platforms.
