Senior Associate Security Systems

About the role

The Business Resilience team is looking for a Senior Associate to lead the implementation and management of physical security systems across all PwC Middle East offices. The role combines technical expertise with stakeholder coordination to ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the integrated security system, including Lenel access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Serve as the primary contact for office managers on system issues, escalations, and onboarding automation.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and act as the security system application owner for network refresh and asset replacement projects.
• Support real‑estate projects by reviewing security technology, delivering installations, configuring systems, and providing end‑user training.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop system improvements, data integrations, and new technology deployments.
• Coordinate access‑badging processes for onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Maintain system documentation, drawings, PPM schedules, and certificates.
• Plan and monitor the Business Resilience budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in physical security system management and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory controls and corporate security policies.
• Ability to work across multiple offices and manage cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Project delivery experience, including handover, documentation, and training.
• Budget awareness and contract management skills.
