Senior Associate - Tax

About the role

The Senior Associate – Tax will manage Transfer Pricing compliance and documentation across several Middle‑East markets for Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer. You will work closely with Business Units to review tax‑sensitive transactions, support audits and prepare tax filings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Transfer Pricing Disclosure Forms in line with local regulations.
• Develop and maintain Local File and Master File documentation according to OECD and country guidelines.
• Assist in Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR) preparation and related notifications.
• Support Pillar Two calculations for tax filings, accounting and management reporting.
• Maintain and implement the Group Transfer Pricing policy.
• Analyze tax implications of business scenarios and interpret tax regulations.
• Produce tax compliance reports, reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Support the preparation of tax packs and management reporting.

Required profile

• Strong technical understanding of tax rules, including OECD Transfer Pricing guidance.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond to tax‑related queries from Business Units.
• Experience in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation and supporting tax audits.
