Senior B2B Payment Risk Operations Specialist

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior B2B Payment Risk Operations Specialist to lead risk management and credit evaluation for its B2B merchant portfolio. You will work closely with onboarding, transaction monitoring, and settlement teams to ensure a secure and efficient payment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk and credit assessments of prospective and existing B2B merchants, reviewing qualifications, business models, fund flows and risk‑bearing capacity.
• Analyze high‑amount, high‑frequency, and concentrated transaction scenarios, identifying risk patterns and proposing actionable mitigation strategies.
• Utilize risk analytics tools to investigate abnormal transactions, reconstruct trading behaviours and fund‑flow paths, and define merchant‑level risk characteristics.
• Maintain and continuously improve merchant review standards, credit rules, and limit‑adjustment processes based on historical performance and post‑event outcomes.
• Provide early‑warning monitoring, generate risk alerts, and recommend limit management or merchant exit actions when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B payment risk operations, credit evaluation or related financial risk functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex transaction data and fund flows.
• Detail‑oriented approach to risk reviews and a track record of optimizing risk controls.
