Senior Banking Administrative Executive

About the role

Deriv is looking for a senior professional to own and optimise its global banking and payment partner relationships. Based in Dubai, you will combine banking expertise with AI‑driven automation to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and protect the company’s assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify manual bottlenecks in everyday banking procedures and collaborate with internal tech teams to automate them.
• Research and evaluate potential new banking and payment partners worldwide to expand the financial network.
• Serve as the primary contact for banks and financial service providers, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication.
• Review, negotiate and secure favourable commercial terms, fee structures and service agreements.
• Complete bank applications, manage due‑diligence requests and keep KYB documentation accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Organise and maintain all banking agreements, renewal dates and account records.
• Monitor ongoing banking operations, proactively resolving service delays, account issues or partner queries.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required banking records and contribute to special operational projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking operations, payment operations or corporate banking administration.
• Comfort with AI‑driven productivity tools and digital workflows, coupled with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with a proven ability to review financial terms and contracts.
• Exceptional organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English, high integrity and confidence to engage with executive stakeholders.
