Senior Brand Manager – Consumer Goods

About the role

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its portfolio across the Lebanon cluster, which includes Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco and Libya. You will translate global brand positioning into locally relevant campaigns that drive growth, market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional marketing plan, aligning with global brand guidelines.
• Leverage Nielsen and EPOS data to track KPIs, analyse ROI and produce regional performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, factories and agencies to ensure consistent messaging and effective trade execution.
• Adapt global communication assets to local consumer insights and cultural nuances.
• Drive distribution, SKU penetration and promotional planning through S&OP integration.
• Oversee product registration, BTL activities, POS materials and visibility tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management within FMCG or consumer‑goods sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn market data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills across sales, R&D, agencies and factory teams.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
