Senior Brand Manager

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager will lead the strategy, growth and execution of key breakfast cereal brands across the MENA region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate global vision into regional plans that drive consumer engagement and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep consumer insights and translate them into actionable brand strategies that drive growth.
• Shape and continuously refine brand essence, positioning and ensure alignment across markets.
• Lead the creation of Long‑Term Plans and Annual Brand Plans and turn them into impactful short‑term execution.
• Design and deliver consumer‑centric communication campaigns that are Relevant, Easy and Distinctive (RED) in partnership with agencies and regional teams.
• Champion a culture of testing, learning and optimization, working with media and measurement teams to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Identify, develop and launch innovation and renovation initiatives together with technical, R&D and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in marketing within FMCG.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing Above‑the‑Line (ATL) communication campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple countries across the MENA region at market or regional level.
• Background working with creative, media or marketing agencies is an advantage.
• Strong data and analytics capabilities with the ability to turn insights into business actions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams.
