Senior Business Development Manager – Forex

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the Forex market. You will design and execute expansion strategies, build strategic partnerships, and grow our client base, particularly in India, while working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall business development and expansion strategy.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, Introducing Broker (IB) networks, and institutional clients.
• Lead global sales and business development teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and analyse data to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth initiatives.
• Represent the company at international expos, roadshows, and industry events.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and performance metrics for regional business development managers.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level business development experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Extensive network across the MENA region and globally.
• Strategic thinker with a performance‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multi‑regional teams and work cross‑functionally.
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments and FX business operations.
