Senior Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas & Oilfield Equipment

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will lead sales and business development for oilfield equipment, industrial products and engineering solutions across the UAE and GCC. You will act as the primary liaison for international OEMs, driving market entry, procurement registration and customer growth within ADNOC and major EPC contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate business opportunities with ADNOC Group, EPC contractors and major oil & gas operators.
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs and framework agreements and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to contract closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior procurement, supply‑chain, projects and engineering stakeholders.
• Support OEMs with UAE market entry, ADNOC pre‑qualification and customer development.
• Manage high‑value tenders, long‑term supply agreements and major project opportunities while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE/GCC oil & gas sector.
• Established network across ADNOC Group and major EPC contractors.
• Proven track record representing international OEMs and managing large EPC opportunities, tenders or long‑term supply contracts.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with a history of achieving significant revenue targets (minimum USD 2 million monthly).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline preferred.
