Senior Card Operations Manager

About the role

Bybit is expanding its global Card product and needs a senior leader to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction. The Senior Card Operations Manager will oversee the Bybit Card’s operational workflow, drive growth initiatives, and act as the primary expert for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to five professionals in card operations.
• Serve as the card‑payment expert for the Customer Service team and meet SLA targets for escalated tickets.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to card payments, applications, rewards and other usage concerns, focusing on root‑cause remediation.
• Collaborate with developers, risk, compliance, product and other internal teams to implement process improvements.
• Monitor operational metrics, produce regular reports and recommend enhancements.
• Support user conversion and growth projects for the Bybit Card.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in card operations, payments or related financial services.
• Proven ability to manage small teams and drive results.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in cryptocurrency or digital‑finance environments is a plus.
